RESOLUTION NO. 388
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT alter public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be —DENIED by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, anal shall constitute the -report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-1
be changed to C-2
BEGINNING at an iron rod for corner at the Southeast corner of the intersection
of County Road 3069 (Baze Drive) and County Road 3036 (Glade Road);
THENCE South 890 48' 49" East, along the South line of County Road 3036 (Glade
Road), 243.76 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE.South 000 09' 57" West, 364.2 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE North 890 48' 44" West, 241.75 feet to an iron rod for corner on the East
line of County Road 3069 (Baze Drive);
THENCE North 000 09' 00" West, along the East line of County Road 3069 (Baze Drive),
364.2 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.03 acres of land.
