HomeMy WebLinkAbout388 1983-06-07Z.c. #408 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 388 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT alter public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be —DENIED by the City Council. II. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, anal shall constitute the -report and recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
