RESOLUTION NO. 389
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be
APPROVED

by the City COLUIC i 1 .
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, an-d shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned planned Development (C-1)
be changed to c-2
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
J.E. Field Survey, A-540, Tarrant County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGPNING in the centerline of County Road No. 3129 and. being
S 4 42' W a distance of 376.69 feet from the Northeast corner of the
said J.E. Field Survey;
THENCE S 40 42' W along the centerline of said County Road No. 3129
a distance of 163.6 feet;
THENCE blest , at a distance of 25.08 feet the blest line of said
County Road No. 3129, a total distance of 234.79 feet -
THENCE North a distance of 174.0 feet:
THENCE S 330 37' 30" E, at a distance of 223.63 feet the West line of
said County Road No.. 3129, a total distance of 243.68 feet to place of
beginning, containing 0.949 acre of land with approximately 0.097 acre
being occupied by said County Road No. 3129 leaving a net acreage of
0.352 acre of land more or less.
