A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULE$S, TEXAS;
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in
the "Notice pf Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as regtlired by Articles
1011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil $tatute$ of the $tatp
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of February l 75 ,
by a vote of ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the
City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless
City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 25th day of March
19 75 , at 8 :00 o'clock p. m. at which time parties in
interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard
concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, mod-
ifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347
of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

being further described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 -R -1, Block 1, same being the Northeast

plat as recorded in Volume 388 -17, Page 649, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas,
said corner being in the South line of said Tract A;
