BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, THAT:
An election is hereby called to elect a Councilman, Place 3,
to serve until April, 1976, to fill an unexpired term and until a
successor is duly elected and qualified. Such election shall be held
at the City Hall, 201 Ector Drive, Euless, Texas, on the 31st day
of May , 1975, from 7:00 A. M. until 7 :00 P. M.
Qualified persons may file as candidates by filing applications
in the Office of the City Secretary until 5:00 P. M. on April 30 , 1975.
Voting by Absentee Ballot in said election shall commence on
the 12th day of May , 1975, at the Office of the City Secretary,
Euless, Texas. Voting by Absentee Ballot shall close at 5 :00 P. M. on
May 27 , 1975.
IV.
The following persons are hereby appointed to conduct the election:
W. W. Cromer , Presiding Judge; Alton Ray
Alternate Presiding Judge; and other persons as Clerks that the Election Judge
shall appoint.
V.
The election shall be conducted according to the election laws
<of;the State of Texas_ and the Charter of the City of Euless, Texas.
