HomeMy WebLinkAbout75-364 06-10-1975RESOLUTION NO. 364 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles 1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10th day of Jae by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas. ATTEST: City Secretary ITEM IX NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 24th day of June 1975 at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, mod- ifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.
