A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10th day of Jae
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the
City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless
City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 24th day of June
1975 at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in
interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard
concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, mod-
ifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347
of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

now zoned C -2 Community Business District
be changed to
Specific Use Permit
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion of
Tract A, WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER, to the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 7 of
Volume 388-95 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more
particularly descirbed as follows:
BEGINNING in the North line of the Fort Worth Savings and Loan tract
and being S 00 34' E a distance of 867.5 feet, N 89 26' E a distance
of 118.7 feet, N 66° 42' E a distance of 337.5 feet; S 23° 18' E a
distance of 200.0 feet, N 66° 42' E a distan &e of 141.8 feet,
N 23 18' a distance of 210.0 feet, and N 66 42' E a distance of
40.0 feet from the Northwest corner of said WILSHIRE VILLAGE SHOPPING
CENTER and the intersection of the East line of Wilshire Drive with
the South line of Sagebrush Trail;

THENCE N 23° 18' W a distance of 85.0 feet;
THENCE S 66° 42' W a distance of 34.52 feet;
THENCE N 0° 34' W a distance of 96.33 feet;
