A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS, DESIGNATING A RESPONSIBLE OFFICER
AND A FISCAL OFFICER TO SERVE THE CITY OF EULESS
FOR REQUESTING A GRANT FROM THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE
DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Euless is endeavoring to establish a
microfilm records storage and retrieval system, and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless is requesting funding for such
a system from the Criminal Justice Division of the Office of the
Governor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That W. M. Sustaire, City Manager, is hereby designated
Responsible Officer and James R. Nickerson, Director of Finance, is
hereby designated Fiscal Officer for the purpose of requesting, re-
ceiving and disbursing funds through the Criminal Justice Division
of the Office of the Governor for this purpose.
Section 2. That this Resolution take effect immediately upon date
of passage as the law in such cases provides.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of October 19 75
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
