A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9th day of March , 19 76
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the
City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless
City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 23rd day of March
19 76 , at 8:00 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in
interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard
concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, mod-
ifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347
of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned 0 -1 Neighborhood Business
be changed to C -2 Community Business
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in
the A. J. Huitt Survey, A -684, Tarrant County, Texas and
being a portion of a 20.07 acre tract as conveyed by deed
to Dan Peters as recorded on Page 128 of Volume 3033 in
the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly
described as follows:
Peginningin the centerline of Bedford -- Euless Road (County
Road No. 3020) and being East a distance of 310.35 feet
from the Northwest corner of said 20.07 acre tract;
THENCE East along the centerline of said Bedford - Euless
Road (County Road No. 3020) a distance of 122.0 feet;
THENCE S 10 54' E at a distance cf 25.0 feet the South
line of said Ledford- Euless Road (County Road No. 3020)
and also being the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 6,
PARK CRESTMOOR SUBDIVISION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 46 of
Volume 388 -7 in the Tarrant County Deed Records, a total
distance of 225.0 feet ;
THENCE West a distance of 122.0 feet;
THENCE N 10 54' W at a distance of 200.0 feet the South
line of said Bedford- Euless Road (County Road No. 3020),
a total distance of 225.0 feet to place of beginning,
containing 0.63 acre of land more or less with approximately
0.07 acre being occupied by said Bedford- Euless Road
frounty Road No. 3020) leaving a net acreage of 0.56 acre
or 24,386 square feet net of land more or less.

THENCE S 10 54' E at a distance of 25.0 feet the South
line of said Bedford - Euless Road (County Road No. 3020),
a total distance of 225.0 feet;
THENCE West a distance of 251.07 feet to the West line
-of said 20.07 acre tract;
THENCE N 1° 42' W along the West line of said 20.07 acre
tract at a distance of 200.0 feet the South line of said
Bedford- Euless Road, a total distance of 225.0 feet to
place of beginning, containing 1.29 acres of land more or
less with approximately 0.14 acre occupied by said
Bedford - Euless Road 1Aaving a net acreage of 1.15 acres
or 50,116 square feet net of land more or less.
