Resolution by the City Council, City of Euless, Texas, adopting
criteria relative to water supply studies.
WHEREAS, the City of Euless is presently updating its Water System
Master Development Plan and is considering an additional point of water
supply delivery; and
WHEREAS, the current studies require adoption of certain criteria
relative to the supply and its distribution.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Euless:
THAT the following criteria relative to:
1. Population and water use projections;
2. Location and condition of proposed delivery of water; and
3. Pipeline routings and population projections
shall be as contained in the City's 1972 "Report on Master Development
Plan for Water Systems And Water System Improvements" and
as amended by the attached water distribution map and population
projection.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of June, 1976.
