WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred in the office of Municipal
Court Clerk, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3. of Article VI of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Euless, Texas, authority for
appointment of such official is to be made by the City Council
of the City of Euless, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, in regular meeting duly assembled this
the 28th day of June, 1977, that City Manager W. M. Sustaire
be and he is hereby appointed Clerk of the Municipal Court of
Euless, Texas effective as of date hereof.
ADOPTED, this the 28th day of June, 1977.
