A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resoluiton; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9th day of August , 19 77
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the
City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless
City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 23rd day of August
19 77, at 8:00 o'clock p. m., at which time parties in
interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard
concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications
and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of
Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and
made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "SP" - for water and sewer supplies
"C -2" Community Business District
be changed to
FIELD NOTES of a 1.65 acre tract of land out of the J. H. Havins Survey,
A -685, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod in the West R. 0. W. line of Farm - Market High-
way #157. being 18 varas West & 128 varas South of the Northeast corner
of said Havins Survey; said beginning point also being the most Easterly
Northeast corner of a tract conveyed to J. J. Gilbert by deed recorded
in Volume 1532, Page 482, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South along said East line of Gilbert tract and said West R. 0. W.
line of Farm - Market Highway #157, 143.55 feet to a steel rod;
THENCE North 89 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds West, with fence line, 517.4
feet to a steel rod;
THENCE North 1 degree 09 minutes East, with fence line, 140.25 feet to a
steel rod;
THENCE South 89 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East, 304.2 feet to a steel
rod;
THENCE South 89 degrees 55 minutes East, 210.4 feet to a steel rod, the
place of beginning and containing 1.65 acres of land, more or less.
