BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this Resoluiton; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles .1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this llth day of October 19 77 , at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas. ATTEST: City Secretary Mayor. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 8th day of November 19 77, at 8:00 o'clock p.m., at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice. Trust out of the J. M. Cummings Survey, Abstract No. 302, Tarrant County, Texas, said 27,468.13 square foot tract being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING, at a point in the proposed west line of North Main Street, said point being N 88° 14' 54" W, 15.00 feet from the southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to the Mid - Cities Christian Church by deed recorded in Volume 4213, Page 524, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE, S 01° 49' 39" W, with the said proposed west line of North Main Street, a distance of 125.00 feet, to a point for corner; THENCE, N 88° 10' 21" W, a distance of 220.00 feet to a point for corner; THENCE, N 01° 49' 39" E, a distance of 124.71 feet to a point for corner in the south line of said Mid - Cities Christian Church tract; THENCE, S 88° 14' 54" E, with the south line of said Mid- Cities Christian Church tract, a distance of 220.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING: CONTAINING, 27,468.13 square feet, or 0.631 acres of land; subject to 33-foot Sinclair pipeline easement.
