BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EULESS CITY COUNCIL, EULESS, TEXAS, THAT,
By adoption of this resolution, indicates its preference that
the property which is the subject of Zoning Case No. 265 be
developed in a manner which would maintain the creek area
traversing such property as a green belt with engineering and
maintenance to be resolved between the developers and the City
staff.
Passed and Approved by the Euless City Council, this 22nd day
of November, 1977, by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
