retaining our seats.
Serving as your Mayor since 2014 and
as a member of the City Council from
2004 through 2014 it is my honor and
passion to serve this community for
lust shy of two.decades. The City of
Euless is a special lace and I am truly
blessed to have the opportunity to
serve and give back to a community
that I am proud to call home. Needless
to say, I look forward to continuing to
serve the residents of this great City.
Do you realize that Perry Bynum,
Councilmember for Place 4y has
served on our City Council for nearly
15 ears? "I love this City" he says.
"My wife and I grew up in huless and
it's been rewarding to play a part in
its growth and development over the

2014, adds, "It's a pleasureto serve
our citizens. As a councilmember,
I strive to make a positive impact on

Conserving Water
As temperatures rise and rainfall decreases, it becomes more important than ever to conserve water. Euless
residents fall under a time of day watering ordinance that prohibits watering outdoors from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
year-round. The rules apply to City water customers who use automatic and non -automatic irrigation systems
as well as garden hose -attached sprinklers to water their lawns. The ordinance provides allowances for watering
home foundations, lawns and new landscape plantings by handheld hose, drip irrigation or soaker hose.
How to save water:
• Reduce your watering frequency to once every four days. This encourages deeper, more drought -tolerant roots.
• If it rains an inch or more, wait at least five days to water.
• Mulch trees and plants to retain moisture, prevent evaporation and limit weed growth.
• Plant native or adapted plant and grass varieties that require little supplemental water once established.
• Use drip irrigation systems for bedded plants, trees and shrubs.
• Adjust automatic sprinkler heads so that they water your landscaping, not the pavement or sidewalks.
• Water lawns during the early morning or evening hours to prevent evaporation.
• Never water on windy days.
