A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COI)NCIL OF THE CITY Of EULE ;, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resoluiton; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10th day 9f July
1979
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE or PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the
City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless
City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the
14th day of August
19 79, at 8:00 o'clock p.m., at which time parties in interest
and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or
repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless,
as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made
a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned
"C -2" Community Business District
be changed to "L -1" Limited Industrial District
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
John Grove Survey, A -599, Tarrant County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING about West a distance of 1281.2 feet, North a
distance of 30.0 feet, and N 0° 31' E a distance of 753.62 feet
from the Southeast corner of the said John Grove Survey;
THENCE S 67° 19' W a distance of 244.99 feet;
THENCE 0° 31' E a distance of 326.39 feet to the southerly
right -of -way line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCE N 67° 19' E along the southerly right -of -way line of
said State Highway No. 183 a distance of 238.05 feet;
THENCE S 0° 13' W a distance of 147.96 feet;
THENCE S 89° 51' E a distance of 5.6 feet;
THENCE .S.0° 31' W a distance of 175.74 feet to place of beginning,
containing 1.667 acres or 72,601 square feet of land more or less.
