RESOLVED, that the Euless City Manager stay in contact with
representatives of the cities, schools and other taxing authorities
situated in the Northeast Quadrant of Tarrant County in an effort
to obtain equitable representation for Northeast Tarrant County on
the county wide Tax Assessment and Equalization Board required by
the new Texas Statutes effective this September, and
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Manager and the City Attorney
prepare for consideration at the next Euless council meeting, an
appropriate official resolution uniting with our sister Northeast
Tarrant County Tax Authorities to obtain such representations.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 14th day of August, 1979, by
the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, convened in regular
session.
