CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED TN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUUL,ESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, .el ► he

time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in.
the "Notice. of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part o f t h i s
Resoluiton; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to'1011 -1, both inclusive, of•Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
