WHEREAS, it is provided in the Official Statement p _epa ed
in connection with the issuance and sale of $1,100,000 "CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS, GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 1979", that the
City will furnish to the purchaser, as a part of_ the transcrip;:.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS:
That the Official Statement, and any addenda, supplement or
amendment thereto, prepared in connection with the issuance and
sale oE $1,100,000 "CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, GENERAL OBLIGATION
BONDS, SERIES 1979 ", is hereby approved as to form and content,
and the further use thereof in the reoffering of the bonds by the
purchaser is hereby approved and authorized.
The above resolution having been read in full, it was moved
by Charles Hunt and seconded by Raymond Ozebek that the
same be passed and adopted. Thereupon, the quest on Seing called
for, the following members of the Council voted "AYE ": Councilmen
Ozebek, Hunt, Walker, Pippin and Councilwoman McCormick; and none
voted "NAY".

2. That a debt service requirement schedule for the above
described outstanding bonds as well as the proposed $1,100,000
"City of Euless, Texas, General Obligation Bonds, Series 1979",
(calculated at an assumed interest rate of 5.75'4) is attached
hereto as Exhibit A and made a part of this certificate for all
purposes.
3. That the duly qualified and acting members of the City
Council and officers of said City are as follos:

4. That the City of Euless, Texas is incr;rporated under.
the General Laws of the State of Texas, and is op- rati_n:, tinder:
Article XI, as amended in 1912; that the Charter of said City
was adopted originally at can election held on the 71st: day of
July, 1962 and the City Charter has not been . :..c'.aded i_n any respect
since its adoption save and except for amendueats adopted
pursuant to elections held on February 18, 1969, April 14, 1913
and April 19, 1975.
5. That, at the time of the passage of the ordinance
authorizing the issuance of the $1,100,000 "City of Euless,
Texas, General Obligation Bonds, Series 1979" nrl.it't -,- the annual

the year 1979 by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas,
and, at such time as the annual tax rate is established and taxes
are levied for the year 1979, there will be includad in the 1979
tax levy an amount sufficient to pay the debt service reguir.-rvnts
to become due on the foregoing bonds on Parer 1, 1980 and
September 1, 1980.
