WHEREAS, the City of Euless shares in a cooperative agreement with
Tarrant County for housing rehabilitation for low income
families, and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless has been chosen to receive a grant to
repair eligible low income homes, and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless authorizes Tarrant County to incorporate
the housing rehabilitation program in our city, and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless agrees to waive building permit fees
for said program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
Texas, in regular session duly assembled, that the Euless City
Council does, by this Resolution, place on record its approval
of the above statements.
