WHEREAS, the second regular meeting of the Euless City Council for the
month of December falls on Christmas Day, December 25th; and
WHEREAS, such meeting date would serve an inconvenience to the citizens
of the community; and
WHEREAS, certain matters need to be considered by the Euless City
Council at a regular second meeting of such Council during the month of
December, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas, in regular session duly convened, that:
I.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 of Article II of the Euless City
Charter, the second regular meeting of the Euless City Council for the month
of December, 1979, shall be held at 5:30 p.m., in the 27th day of December,
1979, in the City Council chambers of the Euless Municipal Complex. The
City Secretary, pursuant to such Charter provision, is instructed to publish
this Resolution in an official newspaper of the City of Euless, Texas.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Euless, Texas, at a regularly scheduled
meeting of this the 11th day of December, 1979, by a vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays,
and 0 abstentions.
