A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF EULESS
TO PARTICIPATE IN A CONSTRUCTION SIGN AND
BARRICADING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council that the best
interest of the City of Euless will be served by participating in
this cooperative program, and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless does not have sufficient financial
resources to provide for the needed equipment, and
WHEREAS, the results of this program will enable the City of
Euless to be in compliance with the Texas Uniform Manual on Traffic
Control Devices.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:
1. The City of Euless desires to participate in the Construction
Sign and Barricading Program.
2. The City understands that funding for such project will be
requested through the Traffic Safety Division under the
State Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 12th day of February, 1980, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
