HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-493 08-12-1980RESOLUTION NO. 493 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles 1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of August , 19 80 , by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas. MAYOR ATTEST: City Secretary NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 9th day of September 1980, at 8:00 o'clock p.m., at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice. L. Baker by deed recorded on Page 439 of Volume 2342 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and also being a portion of a tract of land as conveyed to Tarrant Land Company by W. J. Southwesterly along said curve and along the Northerly line of said East Midway Drive a distance of about 504.7 feet; THENCE Northerly a distance of about 675.0 feet; THENCE Southwesterly a distance of about 340.0 feet to place of beginning, containing about 23.53 acres of land more or less.
