A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in
the "Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of August , 19 80 ,
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the
City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless
City Hall, Euless, Texas, on the 9th day of September
1980, at 8:00 o'clock p.m., at which time parties in interest
and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or
repeals to the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless,
as specified on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made
a part of this notice.

The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the Solomon Huitt Survey,
A -705, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of a tract of land as conveyed to
Tarrant Land Company by E. L. Baker by deed recorded on Page 439 of Volume 2342 in
the Tarrant County Deed Records and also being a portion of a tract of land as conveyed
to Tarrant Land Company by W. J. Eden, et ux, by deed recorded on Page 131 of Volume
2342 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING in the East line of North Main Street and being about N 00 06' 59" E a
distance of 550.0 feet from the intersection of the East line of said North Main. Street
with the Northerly line of East Midway Drive;
THENCE N 0° 06' 59" E along the East line of said North Main Street a distance of about
193.95 feet;
THENCE S 89° 53' 01" E a distance of 494.74 feet;
THENCE S 34° 53' E a distance of 130.0 feet;
THENCE N 79° 07' E a distance of 345.0 feet;
THENCE N 49° 07' E a distance of 300.0 feet;
THENCE N 79° 07' E a distance of 1387.94 feet and'being in the Westerly line of a tract
of land as conveyed to Joe P. Farina and Jack Pilon by. the Amon G. Carter Foundation,
Inc. by deed recorded on Page 612 of Volume 44'31 in the Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE S 0° 07' 57" W along the Westerly line of said Farina and Pilon tract a distance
of 275.01 feet and being in the Northerly line of 'said East Midway Drive;
THENCE N 79° 07' W along the Northerly line of said East Midway Drive a distance of
632.28 feet to the beginning of a curve .to the left having a radius of 904.24 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along said curve and along the Northerly line of said East Midway
Drive a distance of 631.28 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius
of 981.05 feet;

THENCE Southwesterly a distance of about 340.0 feet to place of beginning, containing
about 23.53 acres of land more or less.
