A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE
1981 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR
THE'CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City of Euless shares in a cooperative agreement
with Tarrant County for essential Community Development assistance
activities under Public Law 93 -383, The Housing and Community
Development Act of 1974, and
WHEREAS, after one public hearing for the purpose of identifying
and discussing Community Development needs, and one public hearing
for the purpose of receiving and adopting Community Development
project proposals have been duly held by the City of Euless, and
WHEREAS, after said public hearings and due considerations,
the City Council, City of Euless, Texas, determined that the
project, housing rehabilitation and storm drainage improvements
in Midway Park Addition, was eligible for funding under this Act,
and approved the filing of application for said funding, and
WHEREAS, it is understood that any funds not expended on the
specifically approved project will revert to the Community
Development Contingency Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, City of
Euless, Tarrant County,v Texas, that said 1980 Community Development
Project for the City of Euless be approved and endorsed.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 1980.
