WHEREAS, the first five - member governing board of the
central tax appraisal district in Tarrant County has been
selected by the participating subdivisions, and
WHEREAS, D. Wayne Tidwell, director representing the
northeast Tarrant County cities, has resigned his position
on the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Euless
does, by this Resolution, nominate Herbert Leach to represent
Single Member District No. 3 on the Board of Directors for
the Central Tax Appraisal District for Tarrant County.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this 14th day of October, 1980.
