WHEREAS, The City of Euless, Texas, desires to secure
additional lighting for security and recreational purposes;
and
WHEREAS, Texas Power and Light Company agrees to install
such lighting and underground wiring in certain areas of
Little Bear Creek Park; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Euless, Texas,
to proceed with such project.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Euless, Texas, in regular session duly convened
that:
The City Manager enter into a contract with Texas Power
and Light Company for such lighting improvements.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, at a regularly scheduled meeting on
this the 26th day of May, 1981, by a vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays,
and 0 abstentions.
