WHEREAS, the City of Euless, Texas, did adopt Resolution
No. 505 on the 26th day of May, 1981; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 505 requested the Hurst- Euless-
Bedford Independent School District Tax Office to reappraise
property within the city limits of Euless; and
WHEREAS, further consideration was given to this matter
on June 9, 1981, at a regular meeting of the Euless City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council does not wish to have
a reappraisal of property within the city limits of Euless
for the 1981 -82 tax year; and
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council desires to rescind
Resolution No. 505, which requests said action on the part
of the Hurst - Euless- Bedford Independent School District Tax
Office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Euless,
Texas, does by this Resolution, hereby rescind Resolution
No. 505, and thereby withdraws the request made to the Hurst -
Euless- Bedford Independent School District Tax Office to
make a reappraisal of property within the city limits of
Euless, Texas.
