RESOLUTION APPROVING & ENDORSING
THE REVISIONS TO THE SEVENTH YEAR ALLOCATIONS OF
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS
FOR THE CITY OF E U L E S S , TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City of
Euless shares in a cooperative
agreement with Tarrant County for essential community development assistance
activities under Public Law 93 -383, The Housing and Community Development Act
of 1974, and
WHEREAS, after receiving ianput from the Tarrant County Planning Department
and due consideration, the City Council, City of Euless , determined
that the project, Housing Inventory , was eligible for
funding under this Act, and approved the revision of the 7th Year CDBG
allocation to provide $25,000 for contract labor to provide said Housing
Inventory, thus leaving $50,000 for public works projects approved for
construction within the Target Area, and
WHEREAS, it is understood that any funds not expended on the specifically
approved project will revert to the Community Development Contingency Fund,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council, City of Euless
, that said revision of 7th Year CDBG allocation for the City of
Euless be appro ed and endorsed.
