RESOLUTION APPROVING & ENDORSING
THE PLANNED THREE -YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
FOR THE CITY OF EULESS , TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City of EULESS shares in a cooperative
agreement with Tarrant County for essential community development assistance
activities under Public Law 93 -383, The Housing and Community Development Act
of 1974, and
WHEREAS, one public hearing for the purpose of identifying and discussing
community development needs, and one public hearing for;the purpose of receiving
and adopting community development projects, proposed in the three -year plan,
have been duly held by the City of EULESS , and
WHEREAS, after said public hearings and due consideration, the City
Council, City of
EULESS , determined that the projects,
Housing and Community Development Policies Plan, Neighborhood and Economic
Redevelopment Plan, Housing Rehabilitation, Public Works, .and;
other
corresponding implementation. programs, was eligible for funding under
this Act, and approved the filing of application for said funding, and
WHEREAS, it is understood that any funds not expended on the specifically
approved project will revert to the ommunity Development Contingency Fund,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, b the City Council, City of EULESS
that said planning three -year community ::development projects for the City of
EULESS be approved and endorsed.
