WHEREAS, the Euless City Council has received a proposal from
the Northeast Tarrant County YMCA; and
WHEREAS, said proposal outlines a program to utilize City of
Euless Parks and Recreational facilities for YMCA functions; and
WHEREAS, said functions include swimming lessons, day camp,
and other outdoor activities; and '
WHEREAS, the Northeast Tarrant County YMCA has requested the
City of Euless to consider participating in this proposal; and
WHEREAS, the Northeast Tarrant County YMCA appeared before the
Euless City Council on February 9, 1982, with a formal request for
consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
Approval of the recommendation of the Euless Parks and Recreation
Board is hereby granted.
II.
An agreement and contract be drafted by the Euless City Attorney
and the Legal Counsel for the Northeast Tarrant County YMCA, and sub-
mitted to the Euless City Council for final approval at a future date.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on
February 9, 1982, by unanimous vote.
