A RESOLUTION ADOPTING
A NEW OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council wishes to provide a current zoning map
for easy visual identification of area zoning within the corporate limits of the City of
Euless; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Department of the City of Euless
has conducted a survey and researched the accuracy and completeness of the original
Official Zoning Map; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the original Official Zoning Map has
become ambiguous because of the nature, number of changes, and additions which have
taken place; and
WHEREAS, careful study and consideration of the original Official Zoning
District Map and all known zoning amendments, has determined that a new Official
Zoning Map is required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the terms of the
Euless Zoning Ordinance, Section 3 -105, the Euless City Council does hereby adopt by
resolution, a new Official Zoning District Map of the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council
held on the 14th day of September, 1982, by a vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, and
0 abstentions.
