WHEREAS, Elizabeth Ward McCormick Wilcox and The First National Bank of
Fort Worth, in its capacity as Trustee for the W. W. McCormick Intervivos Trust, joined
by W. W. McCormick and wife, Willie Mae McCormick, have offered to the City of
Euless certain land lying and situated within the City of Euless, as described in Exhibit
A Tracts One and Two, for use as a street and open space dedication to serve the needs
of the citizens of the community; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Euless desires to accept such gift
on behalf of the City and to express on behalf of its citizens appreciation for the
generous donation of the parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Euless, Texas, meeting in a called session and on motion duly made, seconded, and
adopted, that the donation of land offered by Elizabeth Ward McCormick Wilcox and The
First National Bank of Fort Worth, in its capacity as Trustee for the W. W. McCormick
Intervivos Trust, joined by W. W. McCormick and wife, Willie Mae McCormick, be and
the same is hereby gratefully accepted, and that the City Council of the City of Euless
on behalf of the citizens of Euless does express hereby its gratitude and appreciation to
said parties for their generous donation of some 26,420 square feet of land lying and
situated within the City of Euless.
ADOPTED on the 21st day of December, 1982, at a called meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

That ELIZABETH WARD McCORMICK WILCOX and THE FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF FORT WORTH, in its capacity as Trustee for the W. W.
McCormick Intervivos Trust, joined herein by W. W. McCormick and
wife, Willie Mae McCormick, of Tarrant County, Texas, for and in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration
paid by the CITY OF EULESS, a municipal corporation of Tarrant
County, Texas, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do GRANT,
BARGAIN and CONVEY to the CITY OF EULESS, a municipal corporation,
its successors and assigns, a right -of -way and easement for the
purpose of constructing, using and maintaining a public park with
drainage facilities as may be required in or upon the tract or
tracts situated in Tarrant County, Texas, described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement and right -of -way unto
the said CITY OF EULESS, for public park purposes, so long as
the same shall be used, operated and maintained as a public park;
and the grantors hereby dedicate their respective interests in
the above described property to public use for such purposes.

utilities in or upon the tract or tracts situated in Tarrant
County, Texas, described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made
a part hereof for all purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement and right -of -way unto
the said CITY OF EULESS, for public road or highway purposes, so
long as the same shall be used, operated and maintained as a
public road or highway; and the grantors hereby dedicate their
respective interests in the above described property to public
use for such purposes.
It is expressly understood that a portion of the above
described property is subject to an existing right -of -way and
easement in favor of the CITY OF EULESS for public highway and
road purposes. This grant of an easement and right -of -way is
made and accepted subject to any and all covenants, easements,
conditions and restrictions, relating to the above described
property but only to the extent they are still in effect and
shown of record.
