WHEREAS, the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, is a duly
authorized taxing unit within the State of Texas; and
WHEREAS, the Tax Appraisal District of Tarrant County will
receive 45 votes from the City of Euless in the selection of the
1984 Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless governing body, being the City
Council, must by resolution submit the name of a nominee for
representative for this 1984 Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 83 -543 dated March 22, 1983, the name
of Gaylon Mayfield was submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, does hereby submit the name
of Gaylon Mayfield for nominee as a member of the 1984 Board of
Directors of the Tarrant County Tax Appraisal District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an original signature copy of this
Resolution will be provided to Madrin Huffman, County Clerk,
Tarrant County, Texas, prior to October 17, 1983.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the
llth day of October, 1983, by a vote of .5 ayes, p
nays, and 0 abstentions.
