A RESOLUTION RENAMING "MCCORMICK DRIVE" IN MCCORMICK
FARM -PHASE TWO A TO "MACK DRIVE ", RENAMING "VILLAGE
DRIVE" IN WESTWOOD VILLAGE ADDITION TO "SHORT STREET ",
AND "CHEEK SPARGER ROAD" IN EULESS TO "MID- CITIES
BOULEVARD ".
WHEREAS, duplications in street names exist in the City of Euless; and
WHEREAS, such a situation could be confusing to the general public,
emergency and postal personnel; and
WHEREAS, minor street name revisions could alleviate the confusion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION I
The street known as "McCormick Drive" of the Mc-
Cormick Farm -Phase Twr. A Addition to the City of
Euless, filed at Tarrant County Deed of Records in
Volume 388 -161, p. 73 on June 17, 1983, hereby be
known and identified as "Mack Drive ".
SECTION II
The street known as "Village Drive " in Westwood
Village Addition to the City of Euless, filed at
Tarrant County Deed of Records in Volume 388 -22, page
21 on 3/11/60, hereby be known and identified as
"Short Street ".
SECTION III
The street known as "Cheek Sparger Road" running
east -west in Euless, hereby be known as "Mid- Cities
Boulevard ".
SECTION IV
The City Secretary is hereby directed, promptly after passage hereof, to
furnish a copy of this Resolution to the U.S. Postal Service.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10th day of January, 1984, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
