WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, wishes to
provide the safest possible traffic flow within the City; and
WHEREAS, a proposal has been made to relocate an existing exit
ramp on Highway 183 at FM 157, from the eastbound traffic lane;
and
WHEREAS, such interest has been shown in this exit ramp that some
of the property owners fronting the highway have tentatively agreed
to participate in funding for the reconstruction of said ramp.
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
It be requested of the Texas State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation that they consider the relocation of the
existing exit ramp from State Highway 183 at FM 157, in the
eastbound lane, within the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the
14th day of February, 1984, by a vote of 4 ayes, p nays,
and 0 abstentions.
