WHREREAS, the City of Euless wishes to provide workman's com-
pensation insurance for its employees; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless wishes to provide such insurance at
the best possible premium rate; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless has transferred several insurance
coverage policies to the Texas Municipal League; and
WHEREAS, the current workman's compensation insurance policy
expires the 31st day of December, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless wishes to at that time transfer its
workman's compensation insurance to the Texas Municipal League
Insurance Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:
That effective at the expiration of the current workman's
compensation insurance policy on December 31, 1984, the City of
Euless will transfer its workman's compensation insurance cov-
erage to the Texas Municipal League Insurance Program. This
action will be taken in order to provide the best insurance
coverage for the employees of the City of Euless, as well as
provide such insurance coverage at the best available rate.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the
24th day of July, 1984, by a vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, and
0 abstentions.
