A RESOLUTION REESTABLISHING APPLICATION
FEES FOR PLATTING, SUBDIVISION, PROPOSED
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, ZONING APPLICATION
ZBA VARIANCE REQUESTS AND FENCE VARIANCE
REQUESTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Euless wishes to restructure its fee requirements for
certain procedures; and,
WHEREAS, fees previously established by other means have become insufficent;
NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
That the following application fees be paid to the City of Euless prior to review by City
staff and subsequent agenda placement:
I.

APPLICATION FEES FOR ZONING CHANGE REQUESTS
categorical Zoning and Specific Use Permits
0 to 1 acre = $125.00
1+ to 5 acres = $250.00
5+ to 25 acres = $500.00
over 25 acres = $500.00 + $10 /acre over 25 acres
Planned Developments and Community Unit Developments
$500.00 + $10 /acre for all PD & CUD Zoning Requests
III.
APPLICATIONS FOR ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT VARIANCE REQUESTS
All variance requests to be heard by the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall be
accompanied with a two hundred thirty -five dollar ($235.00) filing fee.
IV.
APPLICATIONS FOR VARIANCES TO THE EULESS FENCE ORDINANCE
All variances to the Euless Fence Ordinance (Ord. #804) shall be accompanied with a one
hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) filing fee.
