WHEREAS, the Euless City Council wishes to update the fines and fees charged by the
Euless Public Library; and
WHEREAS, the Euless Public Library has suggested the proposed fines and fees on the
attached Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
That the proposed fines and fees as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, be approved,
adopted, and implemented by the Euless Public Library.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 9th day of October,
1984.
