WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Euless and the Dallas -Fort Worth
Regionall Airpot Board, a joint agency of the Cities of Dallas, Texas, and
Fort Worth, Texas, desire to extend the City of Euless' Mid - Cities
Boulevard through the boundaries of the Airport; and
WHEREAS, said extension of Mid - Cities Boulevard will connect with the
Airport's West Airfield Drive; and
WHEREAS, this connection will provide economic benefits to both the City of
Euless and the Dallas -Fort Worth Regional Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, that a License be approved whereby the Airport
licenses the City of Euless for a period of time to enter Airport property
to construct and maintain a roadway and appurtenant drainage for the
extension and improvement of Mid - Cities Boulevard onto and across Airport
property.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 23rd day of
October, 1984, by a vote of ayes, 0 nays, and 0
abstentions.
