WHEREAS, the City of Euless provides fire services to certain portions of
unincorporated areas of Tarrant County; and
WHEREAS, the Tarrant County Fire District will pay to the City of Euless certain
funds for providing these services; and
WHEREAS', certain agreements and conditions regarding this service will be
outlined in a formal agreement between the City of Euless and the Tarrant County
Fire District; and
WHEREAS, said agreement will be submitted to the Euless City Council for their
consideration and approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, that the City enter into such an agreement with the
Tarrant County Fire District for the provision of fire services by the City of
Euless for certain unincorporated areas within Tarrant County, and that Tarrant
County issue certain payments to the City. of Euless for these services.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless on the 10th
day of December, 1985, by a vote of four ayes, zero nays, and zero abstentions.
