WHEREAS, the City of Euless desires to place water and sewer
lines in the public right -of -way of South Pipeline Road from
approximately 3350 feet west of State Highway FM 157 to ap-
proximately 200 feet west of the centerline intersection of
Garrett Street and South Pipeline Road; and
WHEREAS, that activity is expected to damage the existing
pavement for which the City of Fort Worth has maintenance
responsibility; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth intends to place water lines in
a portion of the right -of -way of South Pipeline Road and such
activity is expected to damage the existing pavement for which
the City of Fort Worth has maintenance responsibility; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless and the City of Fort Worth desire to
provide for the restoration of the pavement of South Pipeline
Road following the utility construction operations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS, that an "Intercity Agreement" be executed with
the City of Fort Worth, which will allow or the completion of
these projects and will outline the responsibilities of each
entity in this regard.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City
Council on the 28th day of January, 1986, by a vote of 5 ayes,
0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
