WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 28, Chapter 2, Revised
Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, the Election Code of the State
of Texas, and the Euless City Charter, it is provided that there shall
be held in each municipality in the State of Texas on the first Satur-
day in April of each year, a general election for the purpose of
electing officials of said municipality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1
The following persons are hereby appointed to act as Absentee Ballot
Board officers: Howard Wilkinson, Election Judge; and Dorothy Wilkin-
son, Assistant Election Judge. The Election Judge is authorized and
directed to appoint one or more clerks to assist in the conduct of the
Absentee Ballot Board. These officers are appointed by issuing the
prescribed form by the Secretary of States Office.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the
10th day of FPhruary 19 R7 .
