A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE TIME OF
CONVENING OF THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED
MEETING OF THE EULESS CITY COUNCIL TO
7:00 P.M. SHALL BE IN EFFECT
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Euless, Texas, provides that the
City Council shall, by appropriate resolution, fix the time for its
regular meetings to be held twice monthly; and
WHEREAS, by appropriate resolution the Euless City Council has
designated the second and fourth Tuesday of each month as the date for
its regular meetings, with same convening at 8:00 p.m. on such date;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to convene such regularly scheduled
monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m., rather than 8:00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
The regularly scheduled meetings of the Euless City Council shall be
held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
This resolution shall be effective from and after is adoption and
publication.
ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 1987, at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council by a vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, and 0
abstentions.
