WHEREAS, the Tarrant Appraisal District is the appraisal
district for the City of Euless, Texas, and it has a gover-
ning board of directors that are selected by participating
political subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless is one of these political
subdivisions within Tarrant County; and
WHEREAS, MR. JAMES K. NORWOOD, who offices at 7001 Grapevine
Highway, Fort Worth, Texas, 76118, is an independent fee
appraiser from the northeast section of Tarrant County, and
meets the professional qualifications necessary to fulfill
the tasks of the Board of Directors of the Tarrant Appraisal
District; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Euless, Texas, that MR. JAMES K. NORWOOD be
nominated for a position on the Board of Directors of the
Tarrant Appraisal District, and that the Board be urged to
accept this nomination and appoint JAMES K. NORWOOD.
