A RESOLUTION RENAMING "BENBOW DRIVE" IN
BELL RANCH TERRACE TO "CALVARY DRIVE" IN
EULESS
WHEREAS, "Benbow Drive" is a misunderstood name when used in
giving directions; and
WHEREAS, such a situation could be confusing to the general
public, emergency and postal personnel; and
WHEREAS, minor street name revisions could alleviate the
confusion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION I
The street known as "Benbow Drive" of
the Bell Ranch Terrace Addition, running
north -south in Euless, hereby be known
and identified as "Calvary Drive."
SECTION II
The City Secretary is hereby directed,
promptly after passage hereof, to
furnish a copy of this Resolution to the
U. S. Postal Service.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10th day of May
1988, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas.
