HomeMy WebLinkAbout89-713 06-27-1989RESOLUTION NO. 89 -713 A RESOLUTION UPDATING AND CHANGING FINES WITH RESPECT TO USAGE OF MATERIALS OF THE EULESS PUBLIC LIBRARY. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, desires to update and change the fines charged in connection with utilization of the materials of the Euless Public Library; and WHEREAS, the Euless Public Library desires to adopt and implement the proposed fines listed on the attached Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS: That the proposed fines as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, be approved, adopted, and implemented by the Euless Public Library.
