WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, desires to authorize
the issuance of bonds and /or other evidences of indebtedness for various
projects within the City of Euless, and that a proposal from Fulbright
Jaworski is required for consideration of that firm to provide legal services
in the capacity of Bond Counsel; and
WHEREAS, Fulbright & Jaworski has submitted to the City an Agreement wherein
they offer their professional services to direct and coordinate the entire
bond program, as well as other duties which may be needed; and
WHEREAS, Fulbright & Jaworski has agreed in said Agreement to provide
services to the City of Euless.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, THAT
1.
The Agreement provided by Fulbright & Jaworski be approved and executed by the
City Manager and attested by the City Secretary.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 14th day of
August 1990, by a vote of 5_ ayes, 0_ nays, and 0 abstentions.
