TO THE STATE PURCHASING AND
GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council ot Euless, Texas, pursuant to the authority
granted by Sections 271.081 - 271.083 Local Government Code. V.T.C.A., as
amended, desires to participate in described purchasing programs ot the State
Purchasing and General Services Commission , and
WHEREAS, the City Council is in the opinion that participation in these
programs will be highly beneficial to the taxpayers ot this City, through the
anticipated savings to be realized; now, theretore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council ot Euless, Texas does request that the
State Purchasing and General Services Commission to include its stated need
tor 202, 203, 205, and 208 on the Commission's annual contracts tor those
items, whereby Michael D. Harris, Data Processing Manager, is authorized and
directed to sign and deliver all necessary request and other documents in
connection therewith tor and on behalt ot the City ot Euless.
I certity that the toregoing is a true and correct copy ot the resolution
duly adopted by the City Council ot Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, on the llth
day ot September , 1990, and that the same now appears ot record
in my ottice.
