WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, desires to authorize
the issuance of Certificates of Obligation, Series 1990 for various projects
within the City of Euless, and that a proposal from First Southwest Company of
Dallas, Texas is required for consideration of that firm to provide
professional services in the capacity of Financial Advisor; and
WHEREAS, First Southwest Company has submitted to the City a Financial
Advisory Agreement wherein they offer their professional services and
facilities to direct and coordinate the entire program of financing
contemplated, as well as other duties which may be needed; and
WHEREAS, First Southwest Company has agreed in said Financial Advisory
Agreement to provide services to the City of Euless.
TIR2HICIRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EU ESS,
TEXAS, MAT:
1.
The Financial Advisory Agreement provided by First Southwest Company Company
be approved and executed by the City Manager and attested by the City
Secretary.
2.
A letter for Financial Advisory Compliance to the Municipal Securities
Rulemaking Board, Rule G -23(d) (ii), be executed by the City Manager and
forwarded to First Southwest Company.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 8th day of
October 1991, by a vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
