A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND ENGINEER'S
COST AND ESTIMATES FOR IMPROVEMENTS OF A PORTION OF MIDWAY
DRIVE FROM MINTERS CHAPEL ROAD, EASTWARD TO STATE HIGHWAY
360; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

SECTION I
The City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, has previously determined the
necessity for improving Midway Drive between Minters Chapel Road, eastward to
State Highway 360, and has announced its intention to assess for the
improvements.
SECTION 2
The City's engineers have prepared a cost estimate for the project. The total
cost of the project is approximately $123,277.41. A portion of this project is
to be funded by the Capital Improvements Projects. The approximate Cost to the
City of Euless, Texas, is $17,785.22.
SECTION 3
At the direction of the City's engineers, an assessment roll has been prepared
setting forth the names of all property owners which hold title to property
abutting that portion of Midway Drive which is to be improved and whose property
may be subject to assessment. A true and correct copy of the assessment roll is
attached to this resolution.
SECTION 4
This resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of October , 1991, at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council, by a vote of 4 ayes, 0 nayes, and 1
abstentions.
