COMMITTEE REPORT / INPUT There was a brief discussion among the group and the Shelton attendees about Mosier Valley. Since many of the long-time residents have passed or moved away, much of the history is gone. It was recommended to contact the Tarrant County archives/collections for information they may have. A recommendation was also made to communicate with an author who is working on a book about the community. Keith Jernigan offered to meet with the Sheltons regarding the records at the Calloway Cemetery and Mosier Valley Cemetery. Ms. Wright advised of the insert found in the Euless utility bills. The recent issue had a list of important City department contact numbers which is a valuable resource. There was also a discussion about the 50th anniversary of DFW Airport. Michelle Burger mentioned she had purchased some items at White Chapel Thrift/Resale Store. She hopes to bring the items to the next HPC meeting. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Linda Pool, seconded by Elaine Green to adjourn the meeting. Ms. Wright declared the meeting adjourned at 10:50am.
