May 9, 2024
Mayor Martin called the worksession to order at 5:41 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2024, in
the Precouncil Conference Room at City Hall, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas.
Those present included:

City Manager Loretta Getchell

Assistant City Manager Wes Rhodes
City Secretary/Chief Governance Officer Kim Sutter
Director of Finance Janina Jewell
Director of Public Works and Engineering Major Jones
Trinity River Authority of Texas representatives:
Christine Epps, Chief Financial Officer
Matt Jalbert, Executive Manager, Northern Region
Kevin Ward, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager

City Manager Loretta Getchell welcomed everyone.
The Euless City Council held a worrksession with the Trinity River Authority (TRA) to
discuss the Tarrant County Water Supply Project's proposed 2025 through 2029 capital
improvements plan, financing options, and estimated rate impact.
Additionally, the City Council received and discussed updates to City facilities, including
the Police and Courts facility, Fire Station No. 2, the Animal Shelter renovations, and the
Texas Star Golf Course and Conference Centre.
Mayor Martin expressed her appreciation to the City Council for their attendance.
The worksession was adjourned at 8:16 p.m.
